Savor the stories and culture of one of the best kept secrets in the City! Take a one-of-a-kind theatrical walking tour (with snacks!) of Seattle’s International District revealing the stories of women, both contemporary and historical, who have helped to shape this unique cultural neighborhood. Enjoy this family-friendly tour where audiences encounter interactive, site-specific vignettes along the way. The tour is part of SIS Productions’ Celebrate Women campaign inspiring people of all genders, ages and races to re-imagine how women are valued.

Signed up for a tour?
We’re excited to share the International District with you! Please meet at the Panama Hotel Cafe at 607 S Main St, Seattle, WA 98104. (Between 6th Avenue South and Maynard, on Main Street in Seattle’s International District). We will begin each tour inside the back of the Cafe at the designated start time. If you would like to purchase tea or coffee to go, please be sure to arrive early so that you can be served before the tour start time (knowing that there may be many others on the tour doing the same thing).
Things to keep in mind:
* This is a walking tour so please wear comfortable shoes for walking. Total distance covered is 0.9 miles.
* Most of the tour is outdoors. Predicted weather is partly sunny with 10% chance of rain. Please wear layers so that you can stay warm outdoors and be prepared on the chance that it may rain.
* We will email everyone registered to attend a more detailed map of the tour including suggestions for parking. If you have not received information within 24 hours before your tour, please email us at sis@sis-productions.org to receive this helpful information. (We won’t be able to get contact info. for those who registered after October 2, so need your help so we can get you the information you need.)
